A safety switch that trips once and resets fine, or a single power point that stopped working, isn't usually urgent — those can wait for a normal booking. But if the whole house or half of it is dark, if a switch keeps tripping the moment you reset it, or if you can smell burning near the switchboard, that's a same-day or after-hours matter.
